Our membership includes both professional and amateur basketmakers from throughout the Pacific Northwest. Guild members make both functional traditional baskets as well as contemporary pieces of many different basketry materials. Please come see the diversity of work produced by our members! All pieces in the show are available for purchase.

The guild meets monthly in Seattle with an educational program most months. We also hold a five-day weaving retreat in March, which is great for inspiration and fellowship and offers a large variety of classes and demos.

The guild publishes a monthly newsletter, which is a great way for members who may not be able to attend meetings to be informed about guild activities. We welcome anyone interested in and enthusiastic about basketry to join us.
