The freight and baggage rooms are frequently rented for parties, receptions, weddings, classes, seminars, fund-raisers, and community events. The inviting grounds, with brick-paved entry and flowering cherry trees, entice guests inside, where up to 150 people can gather, served from the recently installed kitchen.
